About Our Teachers

Our Passion and Commitment

The Early Learning Academy teachers are passionate about your child's happiness and education and provide a safe, nurturing environment that cultivates self-esteem. Our teachers are dedicated to developing your child's learning potential and are sensitive to your child's individual needs.

Highly Trained Teachers

The Early Learning Academy devote more time and resources to teacher training than any other childcare provider. Our teachers are highly trained in the field of Early Childhood. Our teachers go to training yearly to stay up to date with all new techniques in the field on Early Childhood.

Low Teacher to Student Ratios

Our teacher-to-student ratios allow teachers to focus on the individual learning styles and needs of each child in our center.

Partnering with Families

Our teachers and staff are passionate about forming a strong partnership with you to ensure the best possible experience for your child. Teachers provide daily communication with families and seek to understand your unique needs.

My work experience includes teaching at several local centers, working with families at the Anchorage Women’s Resource Center and the Southcentral Headstart Program, and now the Early Learning Academy. I am excited to meet each new child and welcome you to the ELA!
